The Search questline

currently stuck on the search questline killed all bosses for weapon pieces ( might tp out before talking to Hooded One) Tried reset zones and rekill without succes and cant travel to Isle of Kin

any help or ideas ?

if you have 3 weapon pieces you need to go to Arastas.
Check for Lorandis in kingsmarch first, he's by rog's shop.
If you talked to him already then go arastas with the ship.

Hes at rogs shop nothing happends when i talk with him, nothing happends when I go to Arastas. Quest still says i need to search for weapon pieces got killed all 3 bosses and cant sail to Isle of Kin its still a question mark.

The last piece of the weapon is held by the boss in the Volcanic Warren on the Isle of Kin. Talk to Makoru on her ship to travel to the Isle of Kin.

Thats the issue i cant go there. Its a greyed out and questionmark.
