Traveling Gem Merchant – Sells Support Gems (Campaign Encounters)

While playing through the campaign, I often feel support gems are scarce and often limits build experimentation. I would like to propose a fun idea of a “Traveling Gem Merchant” NPC that is a rare encounter that can randomly spawn in dungeons throughout the campaign. Imagine exploring a dungeon to stumble across a Traveling Gem Merchant setting up shop in a dungeon.

If you happen to find this NPC, they will sell you an assortment of various support gems and maybe have a few uncut support gems as well. This merchant has a distinct icon on the mini-map once in close range. This merchant could have funny dialogue and could make for memorable encounters.
