Impression Overall: pretty good so far.
A few things might still need some fine-tuning... ... Respawn at Checkpoint Respawn at Checkpoint being gone was quite a shock at leaguestart in HC (Vaal Temple trapped me with zero Fire Res inside the Forge together with the boss... fun times). But honestly... i dont miss it anymore. The game seems fine without it. ... Pause not working on Pinnacle Bosses Feels a bit inconsistent that Pause just doesnt work on P.Bosses. Suggestion: Let Pause work there too... but if the player pauses -> the boss resets to full HP xD More detailed idea: Player presses Pause -> a warning pops up telling him he messed up... When unpausing, the boss gets a 1 sec invuln bubble + heals to full Fight continues normally after that Would feel more consistent with the “normal” Pause. ... Mighty Silverfist – Aggression tweak to compensate his "nerf" a bit: To make up for the lost dmg, maybe give Silverfist a quick followup after the column slam? Something like: After the slam, he does a medium‑dmg roll towards the (stunned?) player Then a brutal boxing combo (similar to the big Vaal dudes) to “coup de grâce”. Still hectic and lethal... but a bit fairer than a pure plain oneshot attack. Player could still flask, dodge roll spam, etc. Or maybe even: If the player gets hit directly by the pillar -> apply a heavy stun / knockdown (would add some cinematic flair) ... Bloodmage Ascendancy – Sanguine Tides Buff lasts only 3 sec? oO Feels kinda short...just saying... ... Balakh Some of his "broken stuff" (like Tornado not disappearing) was fixed. Tyvm. ... Arbiter fight Right now the Arbiter is basically “oneshot difficulty scaling”, which is kinda boring. Suggestion: Make him super aggressive & fast instead of relying on oneshots. Some ideas: Cauterize: stacking debuff up to 10 stacks -10% recovery (Life + ES) for 30 sec if hit Punishes tanky facetank builds. Void Shield for P.Bosses: Prevents bosses from getting oneshotted by insane player dmg. ... Overtuned skill gems Some gems (Wyvern, Shieldwall, etc) feel overtuned. Example idea: Keep Wyvern Oilbarrage as it is... but make it consume 1 Power Charge per second to stay empowered. Rewards players who stack charges before blasting a boss. ... Vaal Temple – Cyberimplants Hunting for cyberimplantants is fun. Maybe add more bodypart replacements? Cyberbrain? ...or an extra pair of Boobs? :D Vaal Temple – Doors Doors locking u in... not a fan. ... QoL Show valuable items (orbs, etc) on the minimap by default (similar to e.g. Neversink filter). ... Performance CPU Performance seems a bit better now, tyvm. My setup: I use arch, btw. KDE Plasma, Wayland, and play PoE2 via WINE. Ryzen 9 5900X 60 FPS (capped) ~33% on 8 threads, another thread ~10%, rest low % ... Drowning Orbs Please remove Drowning Orbs, ty!... Or turn em into a lethal Cold DoT instead of an instant death after 3 sec. ... Guard mechanic Guard feels weak? Or maybe i just dont know how to scale it... Could maybe help pure Life builds if tuned a bit. ... Shade Walker aka Abyss Monster degen The overtuned part is the “no regen” effect. Maybe keep their DoT dmg very high (Chaos + Phys hybrid)... but remove the “no regen” part. Their AI also barely moves... they camp inside their own degen puddle which is super annoying for melee. Also maybe buff the other Abyss abilities a bit, since Shade Walker is WAY stronger than the rest. ... Zealous Shockwarden Monster Lightning dmg seems a bit high? (or maybe i am just imagining stuff...) ... BUGs "Slow effect bug" Sometimes a Slow debuff stays forever even after the source is gone. Only resets when changing zones (e.g. back to Hideout). Pretty nasty in Vaal Temple where u cant reset. "Rare movement lock bug" Maybe Leap Slam related? idk. Sometimes my hero becomes unable to move at all. Inputs dont work, portal cant be used. Only logging out + back in fixes it. Could also be related to the new “Vaal Chest” elevator thing... maybe it gets me stuck. ... Best regards ArC "Meine Lippen bewegen sich, also red' ich noch!" Well thought out, calm, rational, and great feedback. People on this forum should realize that if you talk like a normal person who likes the game and just wants to tweak it would go much further in the discussion.
