Ignagduk fight

After along pause I went back to POE2 to see how the changes have affected play. Thumbs up! Things are much improved over the first run throughs. I'm in Act 3 standard and have enjoyed it all so far. But...
I cannot get the fight against Ignagduk to begin. I light the various fires and click on the center one, but nothing happens. Is their a specific order to things or some previous trigger needed?
