Now that the Arbiter has been buffed with anti-burst protection, he can live longer to do his mechanics. And we are reminded once again how bad they can be.
1. The corridor beams. He does it 8-11 times, seemingly at random. This is a pure waste of the player's time. Why so many times? If I can dodge it 3 times, I can dodge it 11 times. Is this a lag test? Checking if my internet connection is stable enough? Because really, the only way one can die to this mechanic is a lag spike. Please shorten this phase! 3-5 beams is enough. 2. The series of 8 circles. They can still randomly spawn too far apart, making it physically impossible to reach without Blink. Do you seriously want to require an extra movement skill just for this one fight?? That's asinine. Please limit the maximum possible distance between the circles to make them always reachable with 30% ms boots + dodge roll. And again: time wasting or lag check? 8 is too many. 4-5 would be enough. 3. Single circle in the 2nd phase. It can spawn completely off screen. Just like the Sirus teleport+DIE in PoE 1.
