Abyss Frost beam 100-0 insanity rare flying mobs, what did I miss?

Did they hyperbuff the Abyss Green Beam Frost Blaster 9000 flying rare mobs??? They basically 100-0 6k/es HP, full capped resist, and 30 armor instantly on repeat with almost no CD from off screen. It's nearly unplayable if there are more than one of them. PLEASE change this; it's insane, especially if they have the shroud walker ability. It's not fun, engaging, or fair; it's cancer.
