Confusing Descripton on "Rapid Casting 3"

Not a bug(doesn't cause any gamebreaking problems), so i am sending it in general feedback. "Rapid Casting 3" Support Gem has a confusing description.

First part of description says "Supports spells, causing them to cast faster for each different spell you've cast Recently". "Recently" here marked as keyword and tooltip to it explains that "Recently refers to last 4 seconds"

Second part(written in blue) says "Supported Skills have 10% increased Cast Speed for each different Spell you've cast in the last eight seconds"
