Cannot detonate expedition detonator after disconnecting

Got randomly disconnected while doing expiditon encounter in Puddle Island during Act 4. After visiting again in a new instance and after placing the explosibe charges cannot detonate it. Happened before killing the final act boss and all other act 4 missions completed. Did not tried after killing the act boss.
