Swapped to Vulcan and now I cant enter into the game

I swapped to Vulcan in PoE 2 and now I cant load into the game it just stays on the loading screen for hours never entering into the game, I tried to swap back to DirectX12 and it crashes the game every time, what can I do to fix this?
