Keep crashing to main menu

ive been crashing to main menu since the new league launch being unable to play i've tried every single fix and nothing has helped sofar. I just open the game go to main menu open character select select a character and it just loads me in then my latency goes to like 20k making me unable to move and disconnects me to main menu. I have been unable to play POE1 & 2 since the druid launch what's going on ?
