Game Freezes into loading wheels & black screen downtime

Every 20minutes or so I get a frozen screen that resolves itself over time by the screen becoming black with the ggg wheel rotating.
I am running a state of the art computer with all drivers up to date etc. and a friend of minde who just bought his new computer has the same issue.
We both run a 9800x3d.
