Why does this mob instantly kill me from the other side of the screen every single time it appears?

Why does EVERYTHING in this game do SO MUCH damage?
I tested the damage of Lightning Mirage and it did almost 2000 damage in a t15 map with 0 damage mods. I have 75% resistances, that means that it does almost 10000 premitigation damage That's fucking insane.
