Remove Spear tag from Disengage, please

Is there really any reason why Disengage has to be a Spear skill? It already requires a Parry debuff to generate the charge.

I actually don't have a problem with most skill tag restrictions. This one kind of seems too restrictive though. My only guess is they plan to give Sword and/or Axe their own ways to interact charges that may make using a Buckler feel mandatory if it wasn't restricted to Spear.

I'll be honest, I wanted to use Disengage and Resonance to generate Power Charges for Empowered Zombies. Already used Infusions and Profane Ritual before and wanted to mix it up.
