NPC dialog blank

Noticed this after finishing Ogham interlude. Went to talk to Renly and he brought up a blank box. Figured something got bugged so I went to the next town and talked to Delwyn who had a ! over his head and "Introduction". It again brought up nothing at all, just a blank box.

I also had the same bug for multiple NPC and some Plaques in Act 3.
