Can someone help me understand crushes enemies on hit

I have tested out hitting bosses with warrior abilities and mace strike and I don't see the debuff。

did you actually think something GGG implemented would work
you gotta wait a few leagues, maybe GGG will get around to fixing crush in 6 months, but only if it fits with "The Vision" |
