Other Warcries have a mod " This skill's cooldown can be bypassed by expending an Endurance Charge And Enraged Warcry allows you to use rage instead of Endurance Charge " Supported Warcries spend 20 Rage to bypass their Cooldown, instead of an Endurance Charge Lunar Blessing doesn't have this mod, so Enraged Warcry won't work.
