DRUID ORACLE - Storm Wolf

The way this build works is you maximize the wolfs ability to freeze to generate energy for Cast On Ailment. This triggers the tornado automatically.

To further push this builds damage and frequency of triggering, we use lunar blessing and pounce which constantly freezes surrounding enemies, causing tornadoes to always spawn around you.

In order to have multiple effects on the tornado at once, I use the following supports:

-Heightened Curse
-Elemental weakness
-Burning Inscription
-Catalyzing elements
