Staggering Palm + Tempest Flurry not working well

Hello,

I have a big problem with my monk,
idk why but when my staggering palm buff is active (icon on top left corner is here) tempest flurry wont get the projectile from him, even other spell like the basic quatterstaves attack.

that's nonsense help me plz.

fixed thats was the cd of nova projectiles II use multi proj isntead
