Cant respec skill tree with Doryani/Hooded One

I cant respec my atlas tree with Doryani or the hooded one, every time I do and spend the gold, when I change zones it reverts back and I get the gold returned to me. My guild mate also has the same issue when respeccing their own skill tree.

Had the same issue, decided to take a break hoping it would get fixed before Christmas, came back just to see it's still broken. So now after doing ~10 maps I would need to go back through the whole campaign again just to get respec back... yeah, no thanks. Hope whatever this is gets fixed next league.

I'm having trouble respeccing too. I don't know why. I can tell there's going to be a problem because the "X number of unconfirmed changes" warning is present before I close the passive tree, even after I've already hit [X] on the controller and heard the ka-chung locking sound.

No matter how many times I try, the respecs I do won't actually save.

Update: I was able to perform the respec successfully by switching to keyboard and mouse, and saving after removing the normal points, before applying the weapon-set points. I did it one "cluster" of nodes at a time this way, and it saved, even upon changing zones.

I'm not sure if this is a controller-only bug?
