Navira's Oasis crashes Instances once used on Chilled Ground

I have been running multiple maps today where this was the case.
I used Cold converted Spark to procc Chilled Ground on Freeze with the "Frost Nexus Support" afterwards i follow up with casting Navira's Oasis from the new Sorceress Ascendancy "Disciple of Varashta"
I can tell that it must be this spell because it happened now multiple times and always with the screen freezing for a second and then instance crashing+Logout as soon as i pressed the Spell

After Further Testing:
I figured out that it has to do with the first Chilled Ground being Created by the Player
Once that first Chilled Ground is in any way connected to the the Chilled Ground that is converted into the "Oasis" it will crash the instance i think!
If i skip the first chilled ground and make sure it is not connected to any future chilled ground i want to convert into the "Oasis" then i am fine and can run the Map just fine
