Citadels are not appear in my atlas

To whom it may concern,

In Fate of the Vaal league I did over 9-10 screen maps toward one direction (to the north) of my atlas and I couldn't see any "Citadel Beam" yet. Could you please check my logs and control if there is any buggy situation in my progress.

Btw I forget to mention, already killed arbiter after bought all fragments. There is still no citadels.
