Cataclysm Wake Bug

Just finished a corrupted nexus map. I died once to the boss but then defeated it (Fortress boss if that matters). Upon killing the boss, a corrupted boss did not spawn. I did not get any atlas skill points but the surrounding corrupted zone is now purified

I experienced the same thing just now, first nexus to be cleared, died once, then cleared, instead of the corrupted boss that appeared for a sec i got this Bug Report ID: #3304591558

Same issue, for me, I died to Riverhold boss, then killed, no corrupt boss appeared, atlas area cleansed, and quest did not progress. Bug Report ID: #2297454790
