Endless Loading Screens since update 0.4.0b

Before the 0.4.0b update loading screens where normal length (1-4s). But now the loading screens are endless most of the time. I was able to get past some loading screens after some tries (but those also took multiple minutes).

I also get the Message when starting POE2 that Adrenalin inside of Range 25.10.2 - 25.12.1 could cause longer loading screens. I have 25.12.1 installed, but that is also the latest version of Adrenalin available, so i could only rollback to a previous version that is not in that range. But rolling back that far probably breaks some other stuff so that is not a really a possibility.

Also when i was able to load in to the game a lot of textures took very long to load in / some didnt load in at all.

Im playing with Vulcan, i tried to switch to DX12 but that just gives me an Exception Message Box with: "Deadlock detected".
