Unable to progress to third floor in Trial of Sekhemas after beating the twin guardians

Title, I beat Hadi Of The Flaming River and Rafiq Of The Frozen Spring bosses and attempted to open the door to the third floor. The door got stuck in the opening animation and never actually opened. I closed the game hoping that would reset something, instead it just deleted my level 60 Barya and reset the entire trial, losing all of my progress to this bug. Thanks.
