Temper Weapon does not get benefit from Onslaught anymore after patch.

Temper Weapon does not get benefit from Onslsaught anymore like it did in 0.3.0 league. Temper weapon feels awfully slow to use when you cannot gain skill speed.

Infact no skill speed increase affect temper weapon. Blood Rush notable does nothing for the skill.
