Ica nova + Zarokh's refrain

Ice nova wont use infusions when being echoed by Zarokh's refrain but will use them when using the "spell echo" support, not sure which is the intended outcome?

Ice nova with spell echo will consume all infusions when possible, where with
Zarokh's refrain it only consumes one and then the other echos wont consume any. This is a bug. |
