Just beat interlude boss for Ogham Quest line - Thane Wulfric and Lady Elswyth, and pretty sure zero items dropped. Could be just weird RNG, but thought it's worth mentioning.

OK update on this, Derelict Mansion boss (unique version of same boss duo) also dropped no loot. I noticed that there's a bunch of reports on this same issue now.

Same here. Killed them yesterday and got 0 drops. Just killed these 2 rares in Khari Crossing
