Permanent Invisible Slow on Character in Maps

My character is getting affected by a invisible slows in maps. When I portal out the slow is gone. I'm playing ice shot with freezing mark, barrage and snipe. It might be the drowning orbs? This has happened multiple times in different maps, but I am unsure what other mobs might be doing it. Will update with more info if it happens more.

I was perma chilled again in willow after fighting a perfect thawing essence rare mob.
