Can't refund passive

PS5: The game won't allow me to refund the passive point leading to The Unseen Path. I did refund The Unseen Path and havent put any points into any if the paths revealed.

The node that gives 1 passive point? you need to have an unspent point to remove it, unspec 1 node on your tree first
