What is wrong with damage calculation ?

Hello, today I got a nice new ring but for some reason my Physical Skills are losing damage if I wear it. I got Physical Damage to Attacks on my gloves aswell and the damage scaling is working there. Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug ?
