Herald of ash stopped working after patch

After patch when i unequiped herald of ash i can't activate it. I met all requirements but it says it cannot be used with current weapon set settings. I tried removing giant's blood, changing weapons, using other weapons... Nothing changed. It was fine yesterday Probably it happened after is deactivated it and activated eternal rage but i'm not 100% sure.
Edit: I managed to activate another version of herald of ash just by using other skill gem, but it's weird that the first one become unusable even if its the same skill with the same level and requirements. It just became unusable.
