Vaal Temple portal bugged after Alva spawn

I had this bug in my last play session. I killed the enemies from the Vaal event and the platform on the floor activated the red cristal, Alva spawned and I clicked her at the same time what opened the dialogue screen preventing me to defend from the mini boss, I died and when I respawned alva was gone and the door icon appeared in the minimap, but as you can see, there's no portal at all.

Also i lost the dialogue with Alva. Maybe lost some lore, anyways, it's bugged and Alava spawned the moment the Vaal device activates can cause misclicks, maybe give it a little delay.
