Crazy long load times

I am getting crazy long load times, especially going into towns (Kingsmarch has been 5-10 min). I've tried on both DX12 and Vulcan and it doesn't seem to make any difference.

Looking at the F1 stats, it doesn't seem like anything is stuck. Nothing is topped out it just seems like it's taking its sweet time. Happy to share with the Devs any computer stats or anything else is needed.
