Kelari's Malediction

Kelari appears to be bugged, I'm not being given the option to use command sandblast. There's no option to assign it on. (PS5)

I'm not have that issue, but my issue with the skill is that it works until so many uses then the aura disappears from my screen and i cant consume corpses to get the beetles to come back until the next map. It doesn't say anything about maximum uses, just maximum number of beetles.

I think it only happens when you die on a map. After i die i cannot get the aura back, therefore not be able to use the command skill. I tried togglingn it on and off but it doesnt seem to reset until the next map.
