Titan Ascendancy Colossal Capacity NOT WORKING

The Titan Ascnedancy Colossal Capacity is NOT WORKING(Happened on ps5).You can't refund it either so Your'e basically stuck with it and wasted 2 ascendancy points for nothing. There were problems and bugs in the past with that, why you don't removed it completly if you can't even fix it? Whats the point? The worst part is that there are many forum post about it for.4 and it dont even get acknowledged. I know that there are many other problems but releasing.4 in such a state is allready a sad statement, not that this is something new for ggg. Can't wait for the holidays when ggg just disappear and leave the game as it is.

Plus 1 for this. Can’t open or access items. Items went in and are stuck there. Clicking the button does nothing. Please fix or acknowledge at the very least.

I also have the same problem and I can't get my quest item out (happened on PS5)
