Catalyst of Corruption room bugged

Ref. 551,595,976. Tier 2 room, killed all mobs and nothing happens. Can't corrupt anything, can't interact with the red glowing thing in the middle of the room. Doors are all sealed shut. This is how my adventure ends, I've been trapped. Rip PlamannShaman.

+1 (you probably just Teleported out and left the Temple but just in case some1 who doesn't realize comes by, if you're trapped, welp, you can Teleport out)
