Dont know if going crazy or bugged - Talisman Life Leech

Very simple thing as I couldnt find anything in bug reports (or search is f*ing with me)

I have 4% pyhs life and mana life leech - Phys from runes in my talisman and mana from a ring

But using any of the Wolfforms attacks skills - Shred , Assault , Pounce - seems to give ANYTHING.

I could be going crazy but only Lunar Assault states it converts 80% phys to cold. Meaning that even the measly 20% remaining should do something but I get nothing , just my passive regen ( I know it was that because I had missing life and shield and it just crawled up )

The second shred was from a block talisman that has only a phys life leech roll
The first shred is from my main talisman atm
Both had no effect

Anybody can confirm ?

Okay only by getting an additional lifeleech support putting me at 20% of phys as life leeched I can get SOME leech going.
Damage wise it doesnt seem to be lacking ( about 1k DPS on tool tip atm for Shred at lvl 36 )

I never had that many issues with life of mana sustain from attacks on warrior or mercenary
