Crash - Red screen

This has happened multiple times now. Everything will seemingly be fine then all of a sudden the screen will go red my character and the enemies will disappear, but the music and effects (like the smoke) continue unaffected. I believe it maybe tied to performing an action, but I don't believe it's any particular action and I cannot seem to reliably replicate the crash. One occurrence was in the vault room of the Trial of Sekhemas and another was during a fight (not in Trial) so it isn't related to fighting a particular monster or in a certain zone.

PS - not thrilled about having to redo the entire trial and miss out on unused keys. So please address this soon.
