To get that done in your map, you're going to have to take that open corridor you have on right hand side of the 4th row and wrap it all the way up to the top of the architect.

Alternatively you could just hope for some good RNG and have the room next to the architect deleted (or get a sacrifice room to remove a room) and get to it that way.

I'm in a similar sport. As the rewards in the temple aren't really worth running, I've just been opening the temple, placing no rooms, then go into the temple, leave it, and interact with the console and hit "close temple" - this then triggers a few rooms to be randomly deleted. Keep doing that (extremely painful) every 6 maps until you un-brick it enough for you to reach the architect.
