Druid weapon swap with Invigorating Hate and Furious Wellspring causes first spell to deal no damage

Transforming from bear into human form and casting a spell (6 rage cost Solar Orb) causes the first cast to always deal no damage, probably since rage is dropped to 0 on swap.

If I take off either Invigorating Hate OR Furious Wellspring, the first cast after transforming starts dealing damage again.
