POE2 Bug Report - Summoning Skills Unresponsive on Lich Character - zousana

I am writing to report a critical bug where all summoning skills are completely unresponsive on my Lich character in Path of Exile 2. The details are as follows:

1. Account Information:

• Game Account ID: LSG587165#3252 (LSG in uppercase)

• Platform: PC Windows

• Character Name: zousana (pinyin of 走散A, all lowercase)

• Class/Level: Lich / Level 84

2. Bug Description:
All summoning skills (including "Summon Beast" and beast taming-related skills) on this character fail to trigger normally. Specific manifestations: I have confirmed sufficient Spirit (meeting the skill's casting requirements); clicking on individual summons allows infinite stacking of counts, but physical minions never spawn. The summoning skill icons display a persistent red exclamation mark—even when right-clicking to attempt activation, there is no response, no system error message, and no corresponding character action feedback. This issue is exclusive to this Lich character; other characters on the same account can use the same summoning skills to spawn minions normally.

4. Bind summoning skills (including Summon Beast and beast taming skills) to hotkey Number 1.

5. Confirm target corpses/mediums are present in the scene, and Spirit value is sufficient (meets skill requirements).

6. Press hotkey Number 1 to trigger the skill—only the summon count stacks, but no physical minions spawn.

7. Right-click the skill icon to attempt activation; the icon still shows a red exclamation mark, and the skill has no triggering effect.

8. Switch to other characters on the same account, repeat the above steps, and summoning skills work normally.

9. Troubleshooting Attempts (All Unsuccessful):

• Rebound skills to different hotkeys (Number 2, 3, and mouse side buttons).

• Switched weapon sets and reconfigured summoning skills for both sets.

• Removed all support gems linked to summoning skills and tested the base skills individually.

• Restarted the game and verified game file integrity via the client.

• Tested in different scenes (story maps, Atlas maps) with no improvement.

• Confirmed the character has no negative status effects (e.g., silence, suppression) and no over-allocation of Spirit.

• Respecced the character's skill tree and reallocated passive points.

• Purchased new summoning skill gems from merchants and reconfigured them.

• Verified that summoning skills work normally on other account characters, ruling out global setting issues.
