#21293782 - Wolf pack minions don't reform properly with Last Gasp / Tecrod's Revenge

I have 6 wolf pack minions with tecrod's revenge as one of my support gems. When the minions die they don't seem to reform properly. The number of wolves drops down in the top right corner which doesn't happen when they die without last gasp. When they die I drop down to 1-3 wolves and the others just don't revive until I turn them off and on again. Sometimes 1 or 2 of them might reform after a minute or two, and I never go down to 0. Similar thing seems to happen with regular last gasp support although haven't tested extensively.
