Vaal ruins buged

I am not getting my vaal ruin rewards. I run my temple with my wife, we are still in act 1. All of my crafting tables where bugged, and i couldn't open my vault.
I lost 4 exalting tables and 1 regal crafting station.
We don't know what the issue is.

Would love a fix. THe problem with the vault was, that the lever wasn't pullable.

Me and my partner are having the same issue playinf couch-coop on PS5. We both can't access the benches and most of the time can't pull the levers.
Also we have different amounts of temple charges although we play these characters exclusively together.
