ACT 4 - Isle of Kin

Act 4 - I killed The Blind Beast in Isle of Kin and obtained the passive point item. However, the item did not appear in my inventory, and no matter how many times I killed it afterward, the item did not drop again. Currently, I am playing with two passive points missing due to this issue. Could you assist me with this?

now the thing is drop by completing the "Delirium island"
kill the boss, return to town and talk to the npc, u will get the book.

seem to me they did change the quest description on the grand map in my language. took me a while to search online
