Strongboxes and Alchemy Orbs

Alchemy Orbs are not properly working with strongboxes as intended. Strongboxes that are Magic Rarity with two modifiers are keeping those modifiers when an Alchemy Orb is being used on it.

Alchemy Orbs are working "as intended" on regular equipment items where it will reroll all 4 modifiers.
