+1 had both of these now. Red more than blue.

Had the red screen happen. I was on pause, went AFK, came back to find the Ziggurat hideout bathed in a sea of red.

i have exactly the same issue and its happened numerous times now 5+ in the last 24hrs and has literally happened right now as i type!!!! is this just consoles??

Yep I have had this also around 10 times now. Makes the game freeze also.
