Taking off certain pieces of gear crashes game

Occasionally taking off certain items crashes the game and brings me back to the login screen. This just occurred in the vaal temple trying to take off my helmet to put it on a bench to give it more quality and when I came back into the game my helmet was deleted.


EDIT: Was able to get the helmet back. Was difficult but from going back to the login screen and getting back in the game it appeared on the ground for a millisecond. Took a few tries to click it real quick to eventually get it back.
