Possible fix for AMD GPU users missing textures

My GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT

1. Have Radeon Super resolution activated on Adrenaline

2. In game switch to FSR on Upscale Mode

For me it works on both Vulcan and Directx12. Did not try Directx11.

No issues whatsoever for the past 6 hours
