skill gems locked out

. i was playing the new druid and using the thunderstorm gem along with the entangle gems . its telling me i dont have enough manna 29 when i actually have 284. it wont let me use the skill it started when i entered azak bog . idk if that has anything to do with it but yea. . now im currently locked out of all my skills due to this
