Mentorship Node Missing in Live game?

I was building for Command skills, and the node "Mentorship" which grants 100% increased damage to command skills is not in the live build, but showing on the top building sites. I did this with the Sorc passive tree for the new ascension. Anyone else notice this node missing, perhaps cut last moment?
